Where do I begin? Well, I’ve been a food lover for most of my life, and I’ve always had a passion for sharing this love with others. It’s this passion that has led me to explore so many different areas of cooking. No matter what types of dishes I’ve come across or studied, nothing has moved me quite like the panini sandwich. Whether it’s cooking with an electronic panini press, or doing it the old fashioned way with a cast iron panini press, I just have a passion for making these sandwiches. There is something truly special about this Italian delight!
